The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to supply and install a complete and operating high efficiency ductless mini split heat pump-based air conditioning system in the East Great Plain Volunteer Fire Department building at 488 New London Turnpike, Norwich, CT 06360. This system shall include a thermostat in each room.
