Norwich Public Utilities (“NPU”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a managed services contract for remote monitoring and management of a Network Operations Center (NOC). Our requirement is for standard (not custom) services, and as such, it is expected that the vendor and their staff will be ready to fully support NPU immediately after contract award with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. All remote monitoring and management functions can be seamlessly implemented and operated for the length of the agreement.
