Renovate 1,300 sf of shell space located on the Ground Floor of the University Tower (T building) to accommodate the relocation of the current Lab Medicine Blood Bank. The center piece of the new space will be a new x-ray irradiator for blood. The renovation will create lab spaces with lab benches, a supervisor's office, a room for refrigerators and install a pneumatic tube station and includes but not limited to the following: demolition, new corridor doors, new framing, drywall, paint, light fixtures, flooring & MEP & FP modifications.
