The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SCCOG) is a Metropolitan Planning Organization represents 22 municipalities in southeastern CT. SCCOG is seeking the services of an on-call transportation engineer or transportation engineering firm to assist in administering SCCOG’s Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program (LOTCIP). The selected firm/individual will assist the SCCOG staff in administering the allocation of LOTCIP funds for municipal transportation projects within the Southeastern Connecticut COG(SCCOG). The selected firm will provide services in fiscal years 2024 and 2025, not to exceed $200,000. The full RFQ, and associated FAQ document is available at
