The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SCCOG) is a Metropolitan Planning Organization represents 22 municipalities in southeastern CT. SCCOG is seeking the services of an on-call transportation engineer or transportation engineering firm to assist SCCOG’s staff with PL funded tasks carried out in support of regional transportation planning. The selected firm will provide services in fiscal years 2024 and 2025, not to exceed $486,995. The full RFQ, and associated FAQ document is available at
