The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following:
Replace (14) electric tank type domestic water heaters at various locations around campus.
Add alternate no. 1 is the replacement of (2) gas type water heaters.
Add alternate no. 2 is the replacement of (2) steam fired water heaters.
