The Office of Legislative Management on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly (CGA) is soliciting proposals for a certified, experienced contractor to conduct annual building automation equipment inspections and maintenance of the Andover Continuum BMS (Building Management System) at the State Capitol and Legislative Office Building located respectively at 210 and 300 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut and the Schneider Electric INET BMS System located at the Old State House at 800 Main Street, Hartford Connecticut.
