The Borough of Naugatuck, CT is seeking to engage the services of a firm specializing in Construction Management to provide Construction Management services for the following project: FY24-B060 Naugatuck Industrial Park – Section III. This project will facilitate the redevelopment of an 86-acre Brownfield site into a fully functional modern industrial park including roadways, drainage, sewers, utilities, landscaping, with pad sites. A site visit will occur on August 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM interested parties will meet at the entrance to the access road on Elm Street Naugatuck (GPS 275 Elm Street Naugatuck). Attendance is strongly suggested, but not mandatory. The RFQ document may be examined and obtained at no cost from the Borough of Naugatuck web site
