The Selected contractor will be responsible for all phases of repair, including
removal of blocks where necessary, loose cement, removal of rusted section of
arch pipe and reconstruct new concrete support. Contractor selection will be
based on experience in repair, completed projects, experience and other factors
deemed to be in the best interest of the town. Bidders shall include all costs for
material, labor, insurance, permits, and/or other prices pertaining to this
