Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the "Renovations at Chatham Acres & Bellwood Court" will be received by Ted Hintz, Chairman, East Hampton Housing Authority, 1 Gov. Bill O'Neill Drive, East Hampton, CT until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the Bid Opening will be returned unopened.

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, August 24, 2023. All interested parties are to meet at the project site, 1 Gov. Bill O'Neill Drive, East Hampton, CT.
