The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) seeks proposals from qualified vendors with Comprehensive Managed Services for Information Technology (IT). The Authority is seeking to contract with one or more qualified comprehensive managed service professionals as an approach for IT planning and support (each a “Contractor”) to provide a full range of services for the Authority on an "as needed, when needed" basis. The Authority reserves the right to make one award or multiple awards under this RFP, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest. Any obligations of Respondents in this RFP continue to be obligations of Contractor(s) when awarded.
