Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform all steps necessary to efficiently and economically remove and legally dispose of drinking water residual materials from a municipally-owned alum sludge lagoon, located at the Deep River drinking water treatment plant, 54 Reservoir Road, Lebanon, CT. Transportation and off-site disposal of residuals shall comply with all US Environmental Protection Agency, State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, and City of Norwich rules and regulations.
