The Estuary Transit District (ETD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to obtain Sealed proposals to satisfy Estuary Transit District need for IT Help Desk Services to provide 24/7/365 coverage for requests and troubleshooting incidents from staff members, network technical issues, hardware, and software. It's the goal of this proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to meet this need. ETD is committed to diversity and to supporting its community.
