The City of Bristol is accepting proposals from firms to provide elevator maintenance and service, for City and Board of Education buildings through February 15, 2026.

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until January 31, 2023, at 11:00 AM, submissions received after will not be considered. Interested firms are required to submit an original copy
of their proposal
via digital media. Submissions may be made via email, file share service, or USB drive. The City assumes no responsibility for submission failure. Including failures, resulting in submissions not being received by the stated deadline.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in submissions, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal which the City judges to be in its best interest.
The awarded firm will take affirmative action to ensure applicants are employed and employees are treated
without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin
during employment.
