The City of Bristol is seeking proposals for the upgrade of building management systems to the latest revison of the Schneider EcoStruxure environment at five of its school facilities, through the use of funding via the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (“ESSER II Fund”).
Project materials and submission requirements may be obtained at no charge from the City of Bristol Purchasing Department web site via the document link noted below.
Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until November 27, 2023 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to Roger Rousseau, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest.
