The City of Bristol (“the City”) is accepting qualifications from qualified software providers for provision and deployment of an asset management system, inclusive of work order functions, relative to its building systems, infrastructure (e.g. roads, bridges, sidewalks), vehicle fleet, and street lighting. Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.
A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on July 12, 2023 at 11:00 am in the City Hall West Meeting Room 1 within Bristol City Hall West, located at 131 North Main Street, Second Floor, Bristol CT 06010.
Qualifications will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until August 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
