Proposals are being accepted to contract for the purchase of fresh produce and associated materials required for the operation of the Bristol Board of Education Dining Services through June 30, 2024.

Proposals will be accepted via digital format by email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered as per the attached, bid documents.

Responses received after the required due date and time will not be considered for award.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in submissions, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) which are judged by the City to be in it's best interest.

The awarded firm(s) will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed. Also, that employees are treated, without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin, during their employment .
