The proposed South Norwalk Equitable TOD Infrastructure Improvements project, being funded by the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, is a Utility Infrastructure Upgrade project that includes work to be done on Monroe Street, Chestnut Street, Henry Street, Henry Street Extension, 30 Monroe Street, (Station Place) and South Main Street to upgrade infrastructure related to water and the installation of conduits and associated infrastructure to facilitate the removal of the overhead electric, telephone, cable and communication wires and install them underground. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
