The proposed project is a pavement rehabilitation project of the existing facility parking lot for Ben Franklin preschool. This project consists of a 2” mill and overlay of the existing parking lot, resetting of existing structures, removing and replacing the existing bituminous concrete curb, removal of areas with existing vegetation to be converted to asphalt, reconstruction of the existing concrete driveway apron, and installation of pavement markings.
