The City of Norwalk, through the Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting qualification statements from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Disposal Consulting firms ¬to submit their firm’s qualifications to provide consultant services to develop a management and a disposal strategy of solid waste and assist with the necessary documents for the procurement process. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
