The City of Norwalk, Connecticut is soliciting proposals from qualified independent investment consulting Firm(s) interested in providing pension plan investment consulting services for the trustees of the City’s pension plans and OPEB Trust for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026, and, subject to satisfactory completion of each year’s work, for two (2) additional one year option periods thereafter (through June 30, 2028). The City also sponsors two (2) direct contributions plans, a 401(a) plan and a 457(b) plan services for which are included in this RFP. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
