The City of Norwalk, through the Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting qualification statements from Professional Engineering Consulting firms ¬to submit their firm’s qualifications and rate schedule to provide engineering and civil engineering related services on an as-needed or “on-call” basis for consulting engineering services which may include but not be limited to planning, permitting, design and construction administration for municipal infrastructure projects within the City.
