The City of Norwalk (The City) is soliciting proposals (Request for Proposal/RFP’s) from qualified Commissioning Agents (CxA) to provide commissioning services and assist the Norwalk Land Use and Building Management Committee of the Norwalk Common Council with a new school construction project at South Norwalk School.
