The City of Norwalk’s Parking Authority/Park Norwalk (“City”) is seeking a full-service parking operator (“Contractor”) that can meet and exceed the specifications described herein and is qualified and willing to partner with the City to implement the most efficient and service-oriented parking experience for residents, employees, and visitors to the City of Norwalk.
