The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to prequalify Engineering Firms to provide proposals for design and construction oversight in support of a proposed grant program focused on implementing green stormwater infrastructure in urban communities in New York (Hudson River and Long Island) and Connecticut.
