The Property Assessment Department is requesting a proposal from contractors for the digitalization of assessment files, including document prep, scanning and indexing, as well as cloud based data storage. The scope of work consists of preparing documents for image capture, removing staples, paperclips, etc., sorting files by category and date, creating digital images, store and index digital images, according to Assessor criteria. All work shall comply, in every respect, with Town and State regulations and laws, as well as all applicable Code requirements (Town and State).
