Town of Coventry Invitation to Bid
The TOWN of COVENTRY is accepting proposals for the Revaluation of all RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL and EXEMPT Real Property in the TOWN of COVENTRY, CT, effective October 1, 2024. Those interested in providing these Revaluation Services as set forth in the TOWN’s specifications are invited to deliver 3 (three) copies of their Proposals to the Office of the Town Manager, TOWN of COVENTRY, 1712 MAIN STREET, COVENTRY, CT 06238, no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 4,2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “BID OPENING 032-2024 Revaluation Services”. Bid opening shall take place at the COVENTRY TOWN Hall, 1712 MAIN STREET, COVENTRY, CT, 06238 at 2:00 P.M. October 4, 2023. The CONTRACTOR must submit a work plan that addresses all tasks that must be performed for the successful completion of the revaluation program. This work plan must adhere to the deadlines that have been established in the RFP. The CONTRACTOR must identify the starting dates of each task and the resources (man-hours) that will be allocated for each work activity. The Work Plan must be submitted with the fee proposal and will be considered one of the selection criteria in awarding the contract.
