Bids are invited by the owner of 42 Pythian Avenue, Torrington, CT. Bids will be received on behalf of the Owner at the City of Torrington, Purchasing Department, Room 206, Attention Pennie Zucco, 140 Main Street Torrington, CT 06790 until 11:00 A.M., on September 28, 2023, at which time they will be opened and recorded. Due to covid restrictions bid opening will not be open to the public. All bidders will be notified of the results.

Mandatory pre-bid conference: 9:00 A.M. on September 21, 2023, 42 Pythian Avenue, Torrington, CT.

Scope of work: Lead Mitigation, Roofing, Gutters, Electrical Work and a Front Porch.
